806 Renewals and cancellations

Your subscription will auto-renew with the same subscription period you chose initially. If you had an annual subscription, your subscription with auto-renew for another year. If you had a monthly subscription, your subscription will auto-renew for another month.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, then please contact support. The deadline for terminating your subscription is stated in the General Terms and Conditions of your contract with Prezentor.

Unless you delete your presentations from your account, all presentations are saved for up to 1 year after your subscription expires.
