106 Updates and synchronizations

There are a few ways to make sure that you are always up-to-date and synchronized with the latest software and presentation versions.

First, using the Synchronization buttons are a good idea for when you  log into the app. You can do this with the refresh wheel at the top of the screen here:

Or with the "Sync all" button in the Action Menu here:

If there are any updates to your presentations, you will see the refresh wheel appear at the top of the presentation tile, like this:

You will then have a pop-up box which will let you know what the changes are, as well as give you the option to download the latest version.

Your presentation will now be available to use offline, so you will not require an internet connection to view or interact with it.

If there is a brand-new presentation for download, you will see the download arrow, like this:

Clicking it will cause the presentation to immediately begin downloading to the App.

If there are any updates available for your version of the App, you will have a pop-up box at the bottom of the screen which will prompt the download to start. You can also visit our website to check your version is up to date. Your version number is next to the synchronization wheel on your App, and the latest version can be downloaded by clicking here.
