My recording stopped after receiving a call

iOS gives the microphone to your phone as soon as a phone or FaceTime call arrives - even if you decline the call.

Open Prezentor again and return to your meeting to continue recording. Check that the microphone indicator has reappeared.

How do I know if Prezentor is still recording?

Check the microphone indicator on your iPhone or iPad.

If the indicator is visible, Prezentor is recording. If it has disappeared, recording has stopped and you should return to Prezentor.

I closed Prezentor and my recording is missing

Always use End inside Prezentor before closing the app.

Closing Prezentor instead of tapping End can result in part of your recording being lost. If Prezentor was running in the background when it was closed, the entire meeting recording may be lost.

My iPhone or iPad ran out of battery during a meeting

If your device switches off during a meeting, the effect is similar to closing Prezentor without tapping End.

If Prezentor was open on screen, the unfinished part of the recording may be lost. If Prezentor was running in the background, the entire meeting recording may be lost.

For longer meetings, we recommend keeping your device charged or connected to power.

My meeting summary hasn't appeared yet

Open Prezentor and leave the app on screen for a moment.

Any saved recordings still waiting in the upload queue will continue uploading. Once the recording has been uploaded, your summary and notes can be prepared
