141 Recording meetings on iPhone & iPad

Prezentor allows you to record your meetings directly from your iPhone or iPad, so you
can receive an accurate summary and notes after your meeting.

When you start recording a meeting, Prezentor uses your device's microphone to
capture the conversation.

While Prezentor is open and visible on your screen, your recording is continuously
saved in short segments of approximately five minutes. This means that if something
unexpectedly interrupts your recording, everything that has already been saved is
kept. Only the segment currently being recorded may be affected.

You can check whether Prezentor is actively recording by looking for the microphone
indicator on your iPhone or iPad. If the indicator disappears, Prezentor is no longer
recording - even if your meeting is still open.

Please be aware that phone calls and other apps using your microphone can interrupt
your recording.

When your meeting is finished, always tap End in Prezentor to finish and save the
recording correctly.
