Your iPhone or iPad only allows one app to use the microphone at a time. This means that phone calls and other apps using your microphone can interrupt an ongoing recording in Prezentor.
If you receive a phone or FaceTime call during a meeting, Prezentor will stop recording when the call arrives. This also happens if you decline the call.
Recording will not restart automatically when the call ends.
The same can happen if another app starts using your microphone, for example a voice recorder, video call or voice assistant.
Don't worry - Prezentor keeps everything that was successfully recorded before the interruption.
After an interruption, return to Prezentor and check the microphone indicator to make sure your meeting is being recorded again.
