I cannot edit a presentation - What can I do?
Not all users have the right to edit a presentation. The country admin can grant rights to the specific users that should be able to make changes.

My publish button is grey and I can't press it
If you're struggling to publish a presentation, it could be that you've forgotten to type an update note.
All presentations require a note in order to be published or republished.
When I look at my published presentation, the text seems cut off
Sometimes, the text box in the editor is too short. If the text looks like it's getting cut off at the bottom, try to drag the text box size bigger at the bottom, save, then have a look at the presentation again.
The sentences in the text boxes are too close together
If you want more air between sentences, then you can use the line spacing option, which is to the right of the bullet point open in the editing bar when clicking on a text widget.
Some of the thumbnails in my Slidetree are grey
If some of the thumbnails look "greyed out" and you can't see the preview of what's on the slide, it's because these slides have previously been hidden. To return the thumbnail to its normal view, make a small change on the slide, then press save.
When I view my presentation on my iPad, there are grey lines either side of the slide
Depending on the screen size of your iPad, your images or videos may not be able to stretch properly if you have placed them at the side of your presentation slide. You will therefore need to experiment with the size of the image or video to find dimensions that will look correct with all iPad screen sizes. You are also welcome to contact Support.
My video on my frontpage won't autoplay even though the button is selected
Unfortunately, different browsers have different restrictions when it comes to the autoplaying of videos.
Safari: Will autoplay as soon as more actions on the presentation have been made (clicking, changing slides) to prove the viewer is not a robot, however all videos will then begin autoplaying, even on future slides.
Chrome: Doesn't autoplay, however you can fix this by changing the thumbnail of the video to a GIF, meaning the user must then press the "play" button to trigger the sound.
