At this point, the user has already been assigned to the department which he/she belongs to. This means he/she can show presentations to clients.
Under Access rights, the admin can give a User rights to view stats, edit/add users and edit presentations.
To change the settings
1: Find the user.
2: Click on the user.
3: Go to Access rights.
4: To give rights, choose Country, Department or Team and check off the boxes the assignee have to get access to. Click on Add, and it appears under the column where the assignee has been given permission.
